Oceanworks Guaranteed materials are independently vetted. We commission independent laboratories to confirm mechanical specifications. We test ash, melt point, melt flow, density and other parameters as needed. We also work with our customers to complete chemical contamination screens such as REACH or California’s Proposition 65 if needed for the product application. For every production order we review the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and conduct frequent 3rd-party testing to ensure that we are reliably delivering batch-to-batch consistency. Ongoing chemical screens may also be commissioned.
